I have 3 lbs to take back off and another 7 I'd like to lose on top of those, so 10 lbs total to lose.
I celebrated the start of the diet today by forgetting to bring my breakfast, and then throwing half my lunch on the office kitchen floor.
I hate dieting.

I'm trying to motivate myself to walk every morning before I head to work. So far, not doing so well.

I am not an exercise kind of person.
